I have also qualified the UGC NET in Commerce and completed professional certifications including JAIIB and CPCB level 2, along with certifications in Digital Marketing, Project Management, and Financial Management. To further strengthen my expertise, I am currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at IIT Patna.
Professionally, I work as a Manager (Scale-I) in the Rural Cooperative banking sector, having entered service through a competitive recruitment process in 2021. My role involves operational management, administration, compliance, process improvement, coordination, and institutional communication. Throughout my career, I have gained experience across multiple functional domains, including payment systems, institutional development, digital transformation initiatives, branding, marketing, corporate communication, and strategic documentation. I have contributed to technology-driven projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and service delivery while coordinating with diverse stakeholders and supporting institution-level initiatives.
These varied experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations, organizational processes, project execution, and strategic communication, helping me develop a balanced perspective that combines technical expertise, managerial capability, and leadership skills. Beyond my professional career, I have a deep interest in writing and creative expression. Writing allows me to transform ideas into meaningful narratives and connect with readers through thoughtful storytelling. I also have a keen interest in sustainable living, personal finance, productivity, and practical lifestyle improvements that create long-term value for individuals and communities. Outside work, I value physical fitness and disciplined living. Cycling, regular workouts, and maintaining healthy routines help me stay focused, resilient, and consistent in both my personal and professional life. Leadership and community service have also been important aspects of my journey. Through Rotaract, I have served in several leadership positions, including Treasurer, Secretary, President, Club Advisor, and District Financial Advisor. These experiences strengthened my leadership, communication, financial planning, event management, and team-building abilities.
I have also contributed to employee welfare initiatives by serving as an Executive Committee Member of an employee cooperative credit society.
